The main goal of the Laborers' Employers Cooperation and Education Trust (LECET) is to assist our contractors in obtaining more project opportunities and contracts and creating jobs for our members. Through our Tri-Funds, which includes LECET, Laborers Training and Laborers' Health & Safety Fund of North America, we can assist you in providing your workforce with the training and knowledge to be the safest, best trained and most productive workforce available in the construction industry.
